Don't leave a body standing

As Dio has a very hax-power (psychological manipulation), I figured that a permissions post was the best way to go about it. If someone is very emotionally strong or distrustful, his powers will not work or will work to a much lesser extent. If someone is emotionally weak or naive and trusting of most people, the extent to which it works will be much stronger. He is also prone to violence and will get into fights at the drop of the hat. Use this form to let me know how far that can go and to what extent his powers will/will not work.
